2.Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

②Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

③Customized or personalized items


Returns and exchanges must be requested within 60 days of the original purchase date. Beyond this timeframe, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 60 days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges and any applicable return fees are non-refundable.


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
